Kathy McClelland was our agent, and she was marvelous during our search for a house and eventual purchase. No question or task was too much for her, she responded to any issues we had, and was tireless in helping us to find the right house. Its like she was a member of the family. I don't give out great recommendations normally, because I'm an old, cranky guy, but I do for Kathy!!

I cannot express how grateful I am that Kathy McClelland was referred to us by one of her colleagues. As first time homebuyers living 1,500 miles away, we knew it was going to be a challenge finding our new home, especially in the midst of a pandemic that took the housing market by storm. But Kathy was truly a godsend! She was determined to help us find a house that we could envision being a home, but never once pressured us to make a decision just for the sake of securing a sale. Instead, Kathy was patient, kind, and understanding, especially knowing this was going to be a huge life transition for us. Over a span of several months, Kathy would be travel areas of Central Maine to check out houses that piqued our interest (at times with a tape measure in hand!) and would conduct remote walkthroughs or send us videos. She was immensely thorough (which saved us from making offers we would later regret) and really acted as our eyes and ears when we couldn’t. Kathy never once made us feel like a burden or that she was at all inconvenienced by our indecisiveness and apprehension. She worked tirelessly to help make our dreams a reality and did it all with a smile and unwavering kindness. She truly went above and beyond and exceeded all of our expectations - including answering questions related to various aspects of relocating to a new state. Not only do we now have a trustworthy realtor in Maine, but we have a friend. Anyone would be lucky to work with Kathy when it comes to buying or selling a home - real estate is her career, but you can tell people are her passion.

Kathy was instrumental in helping me sell my condo. Her knowledge of the local market and dedication to the task at hand (finding us our dream home!), made our experience - which could have been very stressful - nearly worry free.
